Accessibility Statement

Kingsbury Consulting Ltd - Last reviewed April 2026

Our Commitment

Kingsbury Consulting Ltd is committed to making this website accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We believe that accessible digital services are not a compliance exercise - they are a baseline standard of respect for the people using them.

This statement applies to kingsbury.consulting and all pages within it, including the compliance assessment at /assess and the booking page at /contact.

Our Target Standard

We are working towards compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, covering visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological conditions.

As a private sector organisation, we are not subject to the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018. However, we are subject to the Equality Act 2010, which requires us to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that people with disabilities are not disadvantaged when accessing our services. Adherence to WCAG 2.2 AA is the most reliable way to demonstrate this.

Current Accessibility Status

This website was designed and built with accessibility in mind. We have implemented the following features as standard:

Keyboard navigation - all interactive elements including navigation, buttons, and form fields are accessible via keyboard.

Skip to content - a skip link is available at the top of each page to allow keyboard and screen reader users to bypass navigation.

Semantic HTML - pages use appropriate heading structure, landmark regions, and ARIA labels to support assistive technologies.

Colour contrast - text and interactive elements have been designed to meet or exceed the WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratio requirements.

Responsive design - the website adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels without loss of content or functionality.

Alternative text - images include descriptive alternative text where appropriate.

We have not yet conducted a formal independent accessibility audit against the full WCAG 2.2 AA criteria. We recognise this as a gap and intend to commission a formal audit by the end of 2026. In the meantime, we will address any accessibility issues reported to us promptly.

Known Limitations

The following limitations are currently known:

Embedded third-party content - the meeting booking interface on our contact page is provided by HubSpot Meetings. We do not control the accessibility of this embedded interface. If you experience difficulty booking a meeting through this tool, please contact us directly at michael@kingsbury.consulting or by telephone on 07726 152 010 and we will make alternative arrangements.

PDF resources - downloadable PDF guides linked from the compliance assessment results page have not yet been formally assessed for accessibility. We will ensure that future PDF publications meet PDF/UA standards.
